Return Regulation

CHARAP is working to enable you to provide products that can be satisfied with your customers.Since all of CHARAP's products are manual work, it is rare for a human error to occur.If the quality management department delivers a complete check of the product before shipping it, please let us know first of all if the product has received a defective product.Please refer to the following details.

If the product has some defect, it can be returned within 14 days. Please complete the inquiry form for your name and order number.

After that, the customer support team will guide you through the return procedures.You will be sent an email to the customer support team for the defective picture (and the detailed explanation of the problem) to the customer support team.
  • In many cases, corrective actions can be taken as soon as the demonstration of claims is made clear by email.
  • If you are unable to verify your deficiencies in your phone or email, you may want to return to CHARAP for the investigation.
  • I would like to ask you not to return to CHARAP without interrogates.Be sure to query first.
Be sure to confirm the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.This is always available on the CHARAP website.

CHARAP is appropriately addressed in accordance with these provisions.:
  • Products with No Defect:You will not be able to return products that are not defective due to your convenience.
  • Bad products:To return the defective products, please use the inquiry form first to contact the customer service team.
Confirm the return only if it is sent back by international mail with a tracking service.The customer is able to obtain a delivery certificate. We will have to pay for the return mail fee to the customer, but if it was a defective product, we will refund the international postal service with a tracking service.

Repair or reproduce a defective product only when the product is received in its original state.

Notes:If the returned product is not in an unused state, please accept the repairs.Some defective points may also be proposed as alternatives.

Refund Regulation

Before Receiving Products -After completion of your order, CHARAP will wait for 30 minutes before starting manufacturing. Please contact me in the last 30 minutes if you want to change or cancel the design. If you have any questions about your order or design, please contact your customer service team. If you want to cancel your order in the last 30 minutes, you will be refunded if you wish to contact you.

CHARAP is hand-made with all products.As a result, when you start to produce an item, you need an ink, a transcription, material, or labor time that is specific to your order. Therefore, if you want to cancel the order after the order is started, you will not be able to reimburish the full amount, but you may be able to consult with you on the alternative options and make some reimbursements. Please contact customer service once.

We are always aiming to be satisfied with our customers.If you have any questions, please contact us at any time, regardless of whether or not you start production.

After Receipt Product If you are not satisfied with some reason, please let us know. CHARAP is always very important to your feedback. All products are personalized for orders, so they cannot be resold.This means that, after receiving your receipt, you will not be able to do anything about the product, so there is a need to ask you to confirm it before you order the product. 

  • Confirm Size -All pages contain the size details of the product, so order them at the appropriate size. To select a more accurate size range, see the physical measurements if necessary. If you have any questions, please contact us.We will provide you with all the necessary information so that you can order it with an appropriate size.
  • Confirm Design -You can preview the design in advance on the CHARAP website, and see how the items look like. Through this function, the design is as desired, or the proper size/geometry/position is reconfirmed.If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service Team.
Since the products ordered are personalized, we will check all orders individually. To be satisfied with your clients, we will do our best to ensure that CHARAP is a top priority, so that we can always offer solutions to improve the situation.

If you have received your order within 14 days of receiving your order, please use the inquiry form to learn more about the order number and the photo. Customer Support will be contacted within approximately 3 days of the business day. Because of the laws of the United Kingdom, products cannot be returned because they are manufactured or personalized by customers based on their specifications. We may consider other solutions at our discretion.
